Course objectives
The objectives of the seminars are: • Application in the daily practice of the principles and procedures of Evidence Based Practice (EBM - EBN - EBP) • Provide elements for reflection on the elaboration of Guidelines - Protocols - Procedures - Clinical documentation, on clinical-assistance / diagnostic / rehabilitative pathways, assistance profiles • Principles, procedures and tools for the clinical governance of health activities • Interprofessional and multi-professional integration • Diagnostic imaging by physical agents: radiodiagnostics • Applications in Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy • Nursing care for the person with neurological pathology

Course program
Wounds, healing phenomena, burns.
Esophageal diverticula, gastroesophageal reflux, peptic esophagitis, esophageal neoplasms.
Gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastric neoplasms.
Obstruction, intestinal involucrum, appendicitis, Crohn's disease, rectum ulcerative colitis, colonic diverticula, colorectal neoplasms, peritonitis, ileo- and colostomies, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, abdominal wall hernias, cholelithiasis, bile duct tumors, primary and secondary liver tumors, pancreatitis, pancreatic neoplasms, splenomegaly.

Questions aimed at understanding the assimilation of pathologies of surgical interest and the nursing management of such patients
Lesson mode
During the teaching hours, the indications and methods of use of some instruments used in the surgical field will be presented and illustrated and some short films and slides will be shown in relation to the topics covered, in order to make the subject matter even more explicit
