Course program
• Analyze women's health problems in their sexual biological cycle and the answers of Health and Social Services to the Main Needs of Women, Newborn, Couples, and Collectivities • Learn the knowledge necessary to understand biological phenomena, the main mechanisms of functioning of organs and apparatus, and specifically the physiology of human reproduction and embryonic development. • Collaborate with various professional figures in group health activities. • Provide information and counseling to the pregnant woman, to the couple in the birthplace, also to the foreign user in respect of cultural specificities; • Plan mother / family information / training activities for neonatal health surveillance; • Detecting, recording and documenting the therapeutic diagnostic benefits adopted according to the organizational arrangements applicable to the reference context; • Achieve mastery of methods and content of the midwifery profession through theoretical, practical and clinical training, under the guidance of Tutors appropriately assigned to accredited National Health Service and through elective interns in clinical departments • To know and apply the ethical-deontological and medical-legal principles and standards and to evaluate their respect in the gynecological-obstetric-neonatal field; • Recognize and abide by the role and competencies of others and the other carers of the care team, in accordance with the current legislation on liability and their own fields of action, either autonomously or in collaboration with other healthcare professionals; • Assess the health balance of women in relation to the phases of life and identify the clinical manifestations associated with the reproductive cycle (eg menarca, telarc, menopause and climaterio, menstrual cycle, etc.); 1) Understanding the Women's Problems in Their Sexual Biological Cycle and the Answers of Health Services And socio-assistance to the main needs of woman, newborn, couple and collectivity. 2) To know and know how to apply nursing techniques taught in theory according to i Basic principles in gynecological and neonatal obstetrics.
