Course objectives

The student must deal with the treatment and rehabilitation of the patient's motor, neurological and visceral functions. The student must try to process and execute: - the rehabilitation program; - practice therapeutic activities for the re-education of motor, psychomotor and cognitive problems; - proposes the possible adoption of prostheses, training their patients for use and verifying their effectiveness. THE The student can use different techniques: - kinesitherapy (medical gymnastics, joint mobilization and respiratory therapy); - mechanotherapy, using appropriate mechanical tools; - cardiocirculatory re-education.

Learn about neurological problems, orthopedic-trauma, pre and post surgery, cardio-respiratory.
Prerequisites
In order to understand the teaching content and to achieve the learning objectives, at the beginning of the didactic activities foreseen by the didactic module the student must possess the knowledge on the anatomy and physiology of the main organs and systems.
