Orthoptic and ophtalmologic assistance

The student acquires a treatment methodology, based on the preparation of the setting, from the predisposition to the relationship, from the realization of the exercise and from the return of the result to the patient himself or to the care provider. At the end of the internship he knows how to take care of a patient who must undergo orthoptic evaluation, perimetric examination (manual and computerized), various ophthalmological instrumental examinations (tonometry, pachymetry, topography, oct etc.) or visual rehabilitation with gradual recruitment of responsibility. He also acquires methodological skills of scientific research also to support the elaboration of the thesis, as well as management and management elements useful for professional development in work contexts
