FOREIGN LANGUAGES SKILLS
Course objectives
The main objective of the course is to develop English learners in a gradual increase in the levels of individual departure, found by means of a self-assessment of basic language and grammar skills.Teaching will be subsequently further study of all the "four skills" basic language (listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities), but particular attention will be devoted to reading-comprehension, believing that competence a priority in a program Inglese for specific purpose (Scientific English).Receiving oral (listening): to understand commands and gradually more complex; understand phrases and sentences about familiar topics.Spoken Interaction: express to interact in an understandable way using phrases and sentences appropriate interlocutor; exchange simple information relating to the personal sphere supporting what is said or asked with facial expressions and gestures.Receiving written (reading): to understand short, simple texts, even without visual aids, by identifying familiar names, words and phrases.Writing: write short messages, lists, cards, letters, although not formally correct, provided that they are understandable.
