PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS
Course objectives
The activity is carried out at the laboratories of universities and institutions in the Convention and is aimed at the acquisition of technical skills practices that enable the practitioner to be able to analyze and assess in an integrated manner, through appropriate techniques of official control (eg. monitoring , monitoring, auditing, inspection, audit etc.), hazards and risks in the context of life, work and food (analysis, assessment, management and communication of risk chemical, physical and biological and microbiological); be able to cooperate with the judicial authorities for investigation of criminal offenses against the environmental, health and safety conditions in the workplace and food; be able to carry out their professional activities within the structures in which it operates, with high levels of autonomy and responsibility for technical training; be able to discuss the plan evaluation and operational decision-making with more knowledge in contexts of work "as a team" with other professionals at various levels, health and technical processes of prevention.
