Course program
The mandatory activities must be carried out in the following areas: - Hospital area; - Territorial area. The "extra" internship activities are divided into: - Laboratories - Educational and organizational activities: e.g. participation in educational secretarial activities - Research activities: participation in research projects; field data collection; - Participation in mandatory conferences and congresses scheduled by the Didactic Directorate or chosen by the student, provided they are authorized by the Didactic Directorate itself.

First Year 13 CFU (390 hours) The internship schedule is as follows: Morning 07:30 (in the ward) 14:00 (exit from the ward) Afternoon 13:30 (in the ward) 20:00 (exit from the ward) If the internship is structured in shifts, the schedule is as follows: Morning 07:00 (in the ward) 14:00 (exit from the ward) Afternoon 14:00 (in the ward) 21:00 (exit from the ward) Night 21:00 (in the ward) 07:00 (exit from the ward) If a complete shift cycle (M, A, N) is worked, shift change hours are calculated; Rest is mandatory and cannot be worked, nor does it entitle to hours.

Lesson mode
Access to the internship examination is authorized exclusively for students who: - have attended 100% of the scheduled hours; - have received a positive assessment in all areas attended. If the assessment given by the coordinator is negative or not assessable, those hours cannot be counted, and the student must reschedule attendance in that specific area.
