The following procedures are performed. Handwashing: social, aseptic and surgical procedures. Use of personal protective equipment and individual safety (PPE). Detection of vital parameters: Heart Rate, Arterial Blood Pressure, ECG, Respiratory Rate, Arterial Blood Gas (EGA). Measurement of saturation by pulse oximeter. Oxygen therapy delivery. Dilution of drugs. Intradermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular and intravenous administration. Collecting a blood sample by venipuncture. The application of the Peripheral Venous Catheter and its management. The collection of the blood sample mediates capillary withdrawal in the adult and the newborn. Capillary blood glucose detection. Female bladder catheterization. Collection of biological samples: culture swabs and urocolture. Blood culture. Simple dressing of surgical wounds and management of surgical drains.
