Course program
Over the academic year, **upon faculty proposal or motivated student request**, seminars, workshops, conferences, and focused sessions may be designed and implemented on specific topics covered in class. Initiatives will be selected for alignment with the module’s learning outcomes, the scientific relevance of the available evidence, and their potential to advance competence development, with particular emphasis on **Evidence-Based Clinical Practice** and continuous improvement in quality and patient safety. Each event includes brief guided preparation—definition of objectives, targeted readings, and key questions—and is followed by an in-class debrief to synthesize insights critically, fostering the progression from understanding to context-sensitive application and appraisal of organizational implications. Where appropriate, participation may culminate in a concise evidence-to-practice summary or a short proposal for an indicator or process improvement, documenting learning and supporting the transferability of knowledge into professional practice and across service networks.
