Within Legal and Forensic Medical Sciences, the Nursing Sciences module helps students read healthcare organization through its rules: public employment, collective bargaining, LEA as the backbone of care pathways, professional accountability, and—finally—professional profiles and appointments (coordinators and managers). We begin with the purpose of regulation and its practical effects: the Constitution and the Public Employment Code provide the framework; public-sector decrees and the CCNL explain rights, duties, scheduling, appointments and appraisal; rules become tools for designing day-to-day work on the ward. Students then learn to treat LEA as organizational criteria: appropriateness, equity and quality guide the design of micro-pathways measurable through process and outcome indicators and foster hospital–community integration. This naturally leads to professional accountability (guidelines, good practices, risk management, insurance): not red tape, but a shared safeguard when decisions are reasoned, documented and consistent with scope of practice and context. The closing section addresses roles, appointments and managerial functions: what nurse coordination entails, how appointments differ in scope and responsibility, how to manage delegation and supervision within interprofessional practice.
