Educational objectives Knowledge and ability to understand: students will be enabled to understand the legal grounds of public contracts, with special reference to the Code on public works, services and supply contracts introduced by D.Lgs. 12/04/2016 n. 50.
Knowledge and applied ability to understand: students will be enabled to read and understand a legislative text in its legal grounds, and specifically the above mentioned Code, the relevant legal precedents and the relevant documentation (invitation to tender, process letter, tender offer, DGUE, public procurement contract).
Independence of judgement: students will develop theoretical and practical independence of judgement with regard to public contracts and relations between Contracting authority, competitors and the successful tenderer.
Ability to communicate: students will develop attitude in legal reasoning and the ability to argue on legal grounds of public contracts.
Learning ability: students will be enabled to move forward in their learning process and, in particular, to address successfully other legal issues based on the knowledge acquired in the legal grounds of public contracts law.
