THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING
Course objectives
• Learn and understand the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and mechanisms of drug toxicity. • Be able to do on the basis of knowledge of the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic acquired a drug evaluation and a careful choice of the route and timing of administration. • Be aware of the factors that influence the pharmacological effects, adverse reactions and drug interactions, as well as socio-economic and ethical implications inherent in the prescription of drugs.
