The final examination consists of writing, presenting, and discussing a thesis independently and originally developed by the Candidate under the supervision of a faculty advisor, also linked to training internship and orientation activities. The thesis must document, during the dissertation, in an organic and detailed manner, the research problem addressed and the individual work carried out under the guidance of the Advisor. Students intending to obtain the degree in class LM-9 must conduct the thesis work under the supervision of a faculty member from the biomedical area and identify a co-advisor from the socio-communicative area. The activity related to the preparation of the thesis may be carried out, with the authorization of the CdS President, also outside the University, at qualified public or private entities, but still under the supervision of an internal faculty tutor.
