Inglese: The course has the aim to provide students with thorough preparation about institutional issues of tax law with regard to its principles, the proceedings of implementation of the tax, as well as to peculiar aspects of the sanctions regime and the tax dispute. Furthermore the course will focus on the study of the european tax law.
