Dear third-year students of the Aerospace Engineering degree program and second-year students of the Space and Astronautical Engineering degree program,
We have received an invitation for a limited number of students (8 from the BAER program and 8 from the MSAR program) to attend the Luigi Broglio Award ceremony, which will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the Sala della Regina at Palazzo Montecitorio on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, on the occasion of National Space Day. The award, named after the “father” of Italian astronautics, was created with the aim of recognizing individuals who have made a significant contribution to the development of national astronautics. The ceremony will be attended by the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, the President of ASI, Teodoro Valente, members of the Parliamentary Intergroup for the Space Economy, and other authorities.
The CAD will select participants based on merit from among those of you who express interest in the event if the number of applicants exceeds the maximum threshold.
Therefore, if you are interested in participating, please fill out the following form in its entirety: Selection of students to participate in the “Luigi Broglio” Award ceremony no later than 11:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8.
Selected students will be contacted by email.
Best regards,
Prof. Francesco Nasuti
Chair of the Aerospace Engineering Teaching Area Council
Due to the Infostud shutdown from November 28 to 30, the deadline for submitting training courses, scheduled for November 30, has been extended.
The new deadline is Wednesday, December 3, at 11:59 p.m.
On Monday, December 1, the option to submit training courses will be restored.
Dear Students,
I would like to inform you of this initiative and invite you to consider taking part in the Competence Test (TECO), administered annually by the National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes (ANVUR) and promoted by Sapienza.
The project aims to measure students’ transversal (TECO-T) and disciplinary (TECO-D) competences, with the goal of improving the quality of the educational process. By analysing learning outcomes, the project promotes student-centered teaching and supports self-assessment within the academic system.
TECO is aligned with the European framework for quality assurance in higher education and supports a student-centered, learning-outcomes-based approach, fully consistent with international standards and guidelines.
The project is divided into two complementary components:
Testing will take place remotely on the CINECA platform, from 15 October to 19 December 2025, with participant identification and dedicated virtual rooms.
Participation of Universities, Study Programmes, and students is voluntary. Sapienza has participated in the project since 2017, using it as an evaluation tool to support Quality Assurance (QA) processes and the continuous improvement of the educational offering.
