NANOELECTRONICS LABORATORY
Course objectives
The course provides the student with an adequate training support regarding numerical simulations to the finite elements with models of electronic device literature both for R & D needs and production processes of interest for electronic nanotechnologies. During the course, adequate basic information is also provided on the main electrical characterization techniques on nanometer components integrated on wafers. In particular, the course aims to provide the master's degree in industrial nanotechnology engineering with the necessary knowledge to enable him to choose the optimal electronic nanocaracterization techniques and methodologies within the processes and procedures that he will be called to define / design in the scope of his professional profile.
