Studies in Art History

The aim of the course is to provide students with a basic knowledge of the events that took place during the modern era, together with the basic tools to understand current historiographical paths and critically approach the contemporary documentation. The course also enables students to understand the development of modern history and its significance in relation to the present, as well as to realize different historiographical positions in the interpretation of historical phenomena.
