Philosophy

The present exam can be registered by submitting the instructor a certificate proving the successful attendance of a university IT course, or submitting one’s ECDL certificate (base, standard or full standard). Those who are not in possession of any certificate should take a test with prof. Sterpetti, to be booked via Infostud. The program and recorded lessons by Roberto Vitali, PhD, on the topics the exam deals with can be found here: https://web.uniroma1.it/dip_filosofia/didattica/idoneita_e_tirocini/videocorso_informatica. The exam will consist in written multi-choice test, prepared by the instructor, on the following topics: Introduction to IT; Networks and Security; Documents; Spreadsheets; Digital Presentations; Databases. The exam has 20 questions to be answered in 20 minutes. Each question has several choices. Exactly one choice is correct for each question. You need at least 16 correct answers to pass.
