Literature Music Performing Arts

Deepening the thematic and expressive relations between literature (not only Italian) and cinema in the 20th century. The objectives imply an interdisciplinary cut involving methodologies, theory, and historical-critical consideration of the interconnected development of the two languages, in their various and multiple declinations. This, with regard to the work of the literati above all, as writers-subjectwriters-screenwriters, but also as spectators-critics (non-specialised reviewers); and finally, as verbal artists in dialogue (and at times, in competition) with the art of the image-movement itself, aimed at incorporating its times and techniques of discourse, in order to make it an instrument of narration and poetry.
