Archaeology

The course aims to deepen the issues related to the development of the Bronze Age and Iron Age societies in the Mediterranean area, particularly with reference to the transition from village communities to the formation of the first forms of proto-urban organization. The course is organized with lectures and seminars and is aimed at those students who wish to learn more about aspects of protohistory in the central and western Mediterranean area.
