Prerequisites
Knowledge, through semiotics and instrumental investigations, of surgical pathologies involving mucous membranes and jaw support structures; knowledge of surgical techniques, knowing their indications and contraindications; knowing how to formulate and implement a preventive treatment plan for the purpose of planning the implant-prosthetic rehabilitation treatment.
Teaching mode
The teacher delivers lectures with traditional methods with audiovisual aids and scheduling of lessons as reported on GOMP Aure/Orari system, published on the website of the Dental School.
Frequency
Following paragraph 4.5 of the Regulations of the Dental School, the student is required to attend educational activities, formal, non-formal, vocational. The frequency is checked by the teachers through signature / updated lists provided by the Academic Office, as established by CCLMOPD. The certificate of mandatory attendance to the teaching course is required to the student to be admitted at the final test
Exam mode
To pass the exam the student must obtain not less than 18/30 grades. The student must demonstrate that he has acquired sufficient knowledge of the discussed topics .
To achieve a score of 30/30 cum laude, the student must demonstrate that he has acquired excellent knowledge of all the topics covered during the course, being able to link them in a logical and consistent way.
The tests are evaluated overall, and frequency, active participation, reasoning and autonomous study skills are taken into consideration.
