Comparative Contract Law (LM-90)

The Course on Comparative Contract Law will start on Wednesday, 25 September 2024 at 5 pm (Room 303).
Lessons will take place on Tuesday, 5-8 pm (Room IX), and on Wednesday, 4-7 pm (Room 303).

Il Corso inizia giovedì 26 settembre 2024, ore 12.
Le lezioni si svolgeranno tutti i giovedì, ore12-14 (Aula 5) e ore 14-16 (Aula 7).
Il testo di riferimento per sostenere l'esame è Robbers, Einführung in das deutsche Recht, Nomos, limitatamente alle seguenti parti:
Per la LMG 01(3cfu): Cap. A I, II, III, IV; B II; D II.
Per la L14(6cfu): Cap. A I, II, III, IV; B II; D I, II, III.
Per la grammatica sono consigliati i testi Grammatik aktiv B1+/ B2-C1, Cornelsen.
