10589475 - Teaching and Teaching Methodology in Art History
The course will retrace the stages of the introduction of art history into Italian schools from the late 19th century to the present day. This will be followed by a description of the history of art textbooks and an analysis of currently available texts. Study of the main normative references and pedagogical guidelines will allow students to address the fundamental stages of teaching: programming, learning units, methodologies (cooperative learning, flipped classroom), assessment, and civic education. The course includes workshop activities.
