Nurse and Adjunct Professor in Nursing Sciences MED/45

Bio
I consolidated my dedication to caring for others in 2009, the year I joined the volunteer organization Italian Red Cross. There, I developed a strong interest in critical care and education—my two main passions.
I graduated in Nursing in 2012 from Sapienza University of Rome and continued my studies, first with a first-level Master’s degree in Critical Care (2014), and later obtaining a Master’s Degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences (2018).
In the meantime, after various temporary jobs, in 2017 I began working at the UOC “Emergency Medicine and UTN” of the ASL Latina. After completing my Master’s degree, I obtained a teaching position as an adjunct lecturer through an ASL–Sapienza agreement, within my own degree program.
In 2019, I was appointed “Internship Project Coordinator” (formerly Academic Director) of the Master’s Degree program. From that moment, I focused on teaching and was transferred to the UOC “Training and Professional Development” of ASL Latina, where I mainly deal with training projects and communication.
In February 2026, I was appointed to the Organizational Position “URP and Digital Communication” within the UOSD Communication and Public Relations of ASL Latina. In this role, I coordinate the corporate URP network, manage communication through ASL Latina’s digital channels, and oversee the organization of corporate events.

2020–2026 – Nurse at the UOC “Organizational Development, Training and Social Reporting” of ASL Latina, serving as Coordinator of the Emergency Training and Simulation Center (ITC AHA)
2017–2020 – Nurse at the UOC “Emergency Medicine and UTN” of ASL Latina
2016–2022 – Blood collection and apheresis nurse at AVIS centers in the province of Latina
