Receiving hours

Giovedì ore 11-12 previo appuntamento via e-mail

Curriculum

Dr. Generosi (Master Degree in Chemistry- Dissertation on X-ray External Total Reflection for the investigation of surfaces and interfaces;
PhD Material Science-Dissertation: Energy Dispersive X-ray Reflectometry studies of the morphological response of Metal-Phtalocyanine sensing films upon exposure to NO2 molecules.) is a researcher at the Institute of Material Structure - CNR in ROme and adjunt Professor at University of Rome La Sapienza.
She is author of about 120 papers in peer-review journals (WOS H-index 27; Google scholar H-index 32) and her main research activity is devoted to a physical/chemical investigation approach towards materials of technological interest for renewable energyies/gas-sensing applications by means of unconventional X-ray spectroscopy techniques as well as traditional X-ray diffraction and optical spectroscopies and microscopies.
Her actual major scientific interest in material science physics regards materials for energy with specific focus on Organic and Perovskite Solar Cells, with insight to chemical and physical phenomena responsible of aging and degradation effects of the materials of interest.
The last years she has been part of relevant European and National projects, among them:
2023-2025 PNRR Polymeric Membranes
2022-2024 PNRR project Rome TechnoPole- Spoke 3
2023-2025 Eu- founded project GREENCAP Horizon 2020, Research and Innovation Actions, Grant Agreement No 101091572.
2021-2023 EU-funded project CITYSOLAR : the H2020 project will set new standards for photovoltaic windows.
By combining two photovoltaic (PV) technologies in a tandem configuration, the EU project CITYSOLAR aims to revolutionize the market for transparent solar cells for windows.
2017-2019 EU-funded project FET-OPEN AMADEUS Solid-State Devices for Ultra High Temperature Energy Storage and Conversion, Grant Agreement n. 737054, 2017-2019: a new technology has been developed based on ultra-high temperature Phase Change Materials (PCMs) and
thermophotovoltaic (TPV) electricity generation.
2019- CAEMETC: CNR Project - DFM.AD006.131: Caratterizzazione morfologico/strutturale di
materiali di interesse tecnologico.
