Structural Performance in Seismic Area 2021/2022
The course aims to provide the basic knowledge about the following topics:
•Reinforced Concrete Structures;
•Earthquake engineering methods and principles;
•Structural Response under seismic loads;
•Performance assessment and retrofit interventions for existing buildings;
At the end of the course, the student will be able to assess the structural performance of buildings in seismic area and conceive retrofit interventions on existing buildings.
Classes will start Wednesday 16th March.
