Curriculum

Daniele De Sensi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science. He was previously an ETH Fellow at ETH Zurich (2020-2022), and a PostDoc Researcher at the University of Pisa (2018-2022), where he also got his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2018. He obtained the national habilitation to associate professorship in 2021. His research interests include High-Performance Computing (HPC), interconnection networks for HPC systems and data centers, green computing, and high-level parallel programming models. He published more than 40 papers on these topics, at renewed international conferences such as SC, NSDI, KDD, and SIGMETRICS, and in top journals, including IEEE Transactions on Parallel & Distributed Systems, Future Generation Computer Systems, and ACM Transactions on Architecture and Code Optimization.
