Classes for the course EU Law and Human Rights will start regularly on Monday, September 18th, at 12, in the classroom Vetri, Building of the faculty of Humanities (Lettere), floor -1.

welcome to the 2023/2024 academic year! Welcome to Rome and to Sapienza University!
I teach two courses:
1. European Union Law and Human Rights, in the master course (Laurea magistrale) in Scienze dello Sviluppo e della Cooperazione Internazionale, aimed at analyzing and critically discussing the EU's role in the protection and promotion of human rights and sustainable development in third countries. This year, a special and necessary focus will be placed on the EU's Common Foreign and Security Policy, and on the role the EU is playing in the ongoing Ukraine war. I strongly recommend that you enroll in the Moodle course EULawHR-2023. I will use it to share materials and to give you written assignments.
This is going to be our schedule for this Fall semester 2023:
Monday, 12.00 to 2.00 p.m., classroom to be determined.
Wednesday, 4.00 to 6.00 p.m., classroom Blu3, main Campus
Thursday, 8.00 to 10.00 a.m. classroom Blu 3, the main Campus.
2. European Union Law, in the master course (Laurea magistrale) in Economics and Communication for Management and Innovation.
We will learn and discuss the European Union's institutional structure and legal mechanisms, its evolution and development, and the governance of the internal market in its most significant aspects. I strongly recommend that you enroll in the Moodle course EUL-2023. I will use it to share materials and to give you written assignments.
