Specific object of the course will be:
- an in-depth study of the role and peculiarities of businesses operating in the cultural sector
- The analysis of cultural organizations with the methodologies of business economics and management.
- The study of the main management activities of enterprises with special reference to cultural enterprises.

Educational objectives

In line with the educational objectives of the CdS, the course aims to provide the fundamentals of Classical Archaeology, facilitating the achievement of knowledge and analytical skills that complement and/or reinforce the skills achieved in the first cycle of studies, enabling the student to conduct research, including original research, on cultural expressions of the classical world, as well as to independently analyze, understand and interpret archaeological spaces, monuments and material culture in their artistic, architectural, socioeconomic and political context of reference.
The course provides an in-depth study of the methods, objectives and content of Classical Archaeology, enabling the student to acquire a critical knowledge of the architectural and urbanistic manifestations, artistic production and craftsmanship of Greek and Roman civilization and,
at the same time, an ability to communicate what has been learned to both a scientific and a non-specialized audience.
During the lectures, the examination of a selection of contexts, monuments and artifacts useful for an interpretation of the anthropological and social aspects of the classical world will be proposed. In relation to the case studies considered, the tools adopted for the relevant management, protection and enhancement will also be addressed, and finally, space will be devoted to the application of modern technologies in the humanities and specifically the promotion of archaeological heritage.

Il percorso formativo punta allo sviluppo della competenza linguistica e comunicativa in inglese a livello "upper intermediate", secondo il QCER. Partendo da un livello iniziale, il corso propone un apprendimento dinamico e integrato, utilizzando materiali didattici personalizzati.
L’obiettivo è potenziare le abilità linguistiche nei seguenti ambiti:
- Lessico: arricchimento del vocabolario, introduzione di fenomeni linguistici come neologismi, prestiti e calchi.
- Morfologia: studio della struttura e formazione delle parole, inclusi processi come compounding, blending e clipping.
- Sintassi: costruzione di frasi semplici e complesse, attraverso coordinazione e subordinazione.
- Pragmatica: uso della lingua in contesti reali, con attenzione all’intenzione comunicativa e all’effetto sull’interlocutore.
- Argomentazione: sviluppo di concetti e temi, soprattutto in contesti professionali.
- Competenze trasversali: uso critico e autonomo della lingua per collegare saperi diversi, anche attraverso risorse digitali e online.

Educational objectives

The degree program includes a mandatory internship worth 6 credits, which can be carried out at public administrations, public or private entities, including those in the third sector, professional associations and colleges, companies and professionals, or at international organizations, non-governmental organizations, or civil society associations, in order to strengthen the relationship between university studies and the world of work, and thus facilitate the employment of students after graduation. The duration of the curricular internship is determined by the number of credits required in the study plan (6); each credit corresponds to a commitment of 25 hours of internship.
The purpose of this training activity is to allow students to put into practice the theoretical skills acquired during the course, with a view to entering the world of work. The internship is a fundamental experience aimed at exercising, strengthening, and deepening the technical knowledge acquired during the two-year course, and therefore plays a central role in the training of professionals in the cultural sector.
The Course has already activated the first agreements to host these internships, while working on the design and stipulation of others.
