Educational objectives The course of public law for sustainable development pursues the educational aim of the knowledge of the fundamental institutes of Italian and European public law and of the related sources of law, together with the more specific one concerning the legal elements of environmental responsibility and sustainable development. The course, awareness of proposing a legal subject to students who do not follow this type of studies, intends to offer first of all the instruments constituted by the basic method and terminology, necessary to face and understand the further knowledge. The course also aims to promote and improve the discursive skills through the oral presentation of the topics and also to promote critical skills with respect to matters related to legal issues of public relevance, important for every professionality and in any case for a conscious participation to the economic and social policy organization of our Country, within the European framework.

INTRODUCING THE BASIC ELEMENTS OF THE THEORY OF THE FIRM AND THE DEMAND ACCORDING TO THE NEOCLASSICAL APPROACH BASED ON THE MAXIMIZING BEHAVIOR OF THE AGENTS.
• SHOW HOW USING ECONOMETRIC TECHNIQUES IS POSSIBLE TO TEST EMPIRICALLY THE MAXIMIZING BEHAVIOR HYPOTHESIS.
• INTRODUCE ECONOMIC ANALYSIS FOR DECISIONS AND COMMUNICATION OF PERFORMANCE THROUGH THE BUDGET, THE ANALYSIS OF COSTS AND INVESTMENTS.

Educational objectives 1. Development and quantification of common performance metrics for power electronic circuits, such as efficiency, power factor, total harmonic distortion etc.
2. Identification of switching device and reactive component performance characteristics; selection of the appropriate devices and reactive components based on power electronic circuit design constraints.
3. Ability to analyse steady state operation of isolated and non-isolated dc-dc converters.
4. Ability to analyse steady state operation of single phase and three phase inverters.
5. Ability to analyse steady state operation of diode and SCR rectifiers.
6. Ability to analyse the dynamic operation of voltage mode controlled dc-dc converters.
7. Ability to use of simulation as an aid to converter analysis and design.
