Objectives

Knowledge and understanding: students will be able to understand the insolvency law system.
Applying knowledge and understanding: students will be able to analyse the ratio of the collective proceedings, using the “law & economics” and “comparative” perspective.
Making judgement: students will develop the ability to gather and interpret information and data from various and often contrasting sources, to meet objectives that often respond to professional requests
Communication skills: students will develop the ability to communicate in oral form the different types of collective proceedings provided for Italian insolvency law
Learning skills: students will be able to understand, handle and master the different types of collective proceedings (r.d. n. 267/1942 e l. n. 3 del 2012). They will be able to autonomously develop solutions for different types of crisis/insolvency.
