Programma
Il programma del corso si articola come da tabella calendarizzata sulla piattaforma Moodle. Nell'ambito dello stesso verranno analizzati i principi che regolano la valutazione delle performance in sanità, il concetto di benchmarking, i principali modelli, i tipi e la struttura di indicatori, gli attori istituzionali, il ruolo dei pazienti nella valutazione delle performance.
In data 17 e 18 dicembre è prevista la presentazione dei project work.
Le lezioni si concludono in data 18 dicembre 2025.
Prerequisiti
Conoscere e comprendere i principali concetti, principi e modelli organizzativi dei sistemi sanitari, con particolare riferimento al sistema sanitario italiano. Ciò include la comprensione dei meccanismi di governance, finanziamento e erogazione delle cure, nonché dei principi di equità, efficacia, efficienza e qualità che ispirano l’organizzazione dei sistemi sanitari.

Frequenza
La frequenza non è obbligatoria, ma caldamente raccomandata.

Metodi di valutazione
20% partecipazione in classe, compresa l'interazione con i relatori ospiti e il lavoro di progetto
80% esame orale finale (domande aperte)
Per superare l'esame scritto finale è necessario ottenere un voto minimo sufficiente (18/30).

Modalità di erogazione
Il corso è strutturato in modo da combinare lezioni frontali con seminari, progetti e casi di studio. Le lezioni frontali tratteranno argomenti teorici e i recenti sviluppi nella ricerca sui servizi sanitari. Il corso prevede anche sessioni pratiche in cui gli studenti sono invitati a leggere documenti tecnici e a discutere le letture assegnate, nonché a discutere le loro analisi con professionisti e manager dei sistemi sanitari.
