Analysis of the phonology, morphology and syntax of the Ancient Greek language; of the main features of the Greek dialects and their role in the creation of literary languages. Reading and literary, linguistic, and philological commentary of selected Ancient Greek texts.
Prerequisiti
Good knowledge of Greek and Latin (grammar and translation) as developed after two years of the curriculum in Classics
