Curriculum
Matteo Paoluzzi has been a research associate at CNR, Sapienza, Syracuse University (USA), and the University of Barcelona (Spain). His research activity, disseminated through more than 40 peer-reviewed papers including high-impact factor journals such as Nature Communications, PNAS, and PRL, focuses on collective behavior in living materials (as biological tissues and dense bacterial suspensions), non-equilibrium phase transitions, and the glass transition in and out of equilibrium. He joined the Physics Department of Sapienza in 2024 as an Associate Professor of Theoretical Physics.
