CRISTINA MOLLICA

Short Bio
Cristina Mollica is Associate Professor of Statistics at the Department of Statistical Sciences (DSS) of Sapienza University of Rome since April 2024. In July 2023, she was also appointed as a Junior Research Fellow at the Sapienza School for Advanced Studies.
After graduating in Statistics for Biomedicine, Environment, and Technology, in 2014 she earned a Ph.D. in Methodological Statistics at the DSS and then continued the research activity as a Post-Doc Fellow in the same department for the following two years. From November 2017 to March 2024, she worked first as an Assistant Professor (RTD-A) in Statistics at the MEMOTEF Department of Sapienza and then as an Tenure-Track Assistant Professor (RTD-B) at the DSS.
She currently teaches Bayesian Modeling, Introduction to Biomedical Statistics, and Statistical Inference and Laboratory for undergraduate and graduate programs at the Faculty of Information Engineering, Informatics, and Statistics of Sapienza.
