The presentation of the Study Plan consists of submitting the study program, including optional exams and free-choice exams.
The Study Plan can only be submitted once during the academic year.
The time frames for submitting/modifying the Study Plan are as follows:

FIRST SEMESTER: October 16, 2025, to December 31, 2025

SECOND SEMESTER: March 20, 2026, to June 21, 2026

The procedure for accessing one’s individual study plan is described in Course Information Brochure
(pp. 12-13).

How to submit
Go to Infostud, Degree Courses section → COURSE OF EDUCATION (in the left-hand column).
After completing the form, the system will indicate whether the course of study is correct. If not, you can use the "ABC" function in the top left to check for any discrepancies.
If the proposed course of study is correct, it can be saved as a "Draft"; once you have selected the desired course of study from those saved as drafts, you can decide to send it to the teaching institution for evaluation.
In this case, you must click on the "Send" → "Request approval of the study plan" → "Confirm sending" buttons
(Note: after sending, click OK).
Please be careful to complete all the steps, otherwise the course of study will remain a draft and will not be sent to the President for approval.
