The Nursing Discipline Method: Definition of the Nursing Process and Phases; ➢ Nursing Assessment according to the Gordon Model; ➢ Critical Thinking in the Assessment Phase, Subjective and Objective Data, Data Collection and Recording Tools; ➢ The Nursing Diagnosis Phase: Diagnostic Reasoning, Types of DI, the NANDA Taxonomy. Structure and Components of DI. Identification of Priority DI. ➢ The Goal and Intervention Planning Phase. Components of the Statement of Nursing Objectives and Interventions. The NOC and NIC Taxonomy. ➢ The Implementation Phase of Nursing Interventions. ➢ The Evaluation Phase: Importance and Relationship with Other Phases of the Process.

Teaching mode
The course will feature interactive lectures, including slides provided by the instructor, using clinical case analysis methodology. This methodology involves the use of a structured narrative of a problematic situation or a series of events, written and assembled to promote analysis and discussion of a clinical condition, applying the nursing process. The training sessions will also be structured using the flipped classroom methodology, encouraging a more active and participatory role for students in the learning process. Content may be added to and/or modified based on contingent situations or student feedback.
Frequency
Course attendance is mandatory.
Exam mode
The final evaluation of the module will take place during the internship exam, which will verify the acquisition of the knowledge acquired through attendance at the lessons.
