THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING

Course objectives

At the end of the course the student must know how to identify and describe the organizational structure of a Department of Health Professions, describing the role and functions of the various levels, organizational and work analysis methods, personnel management. They will also be able to recognize the organizational models of Nursing Care and apply the use of a nursing conceptual model applied to the care organization
