Organizational methods and work analysis with a focus on the main care models; Risk management concepts in healthcare; PDTA, HUB&SPOKE concept and hospital-territory integration; Ethical-deontological aspects of the nursing profession; Concepts of organizational well-being and healthcare management.
Prerequisites
The student must already possess the following skills: • Knowledge of the nursing care process and its phases; • Ability to formulate nursing diagnoses, care objectives and interventions; • Understanding of care needs and clinical-care priorities; • Introductory notions on the concepts of care continuity, social-health integration and taking charge; • Habit of using critical thinking to evaluate complex situations and make appropriate care decisions; • Ability to use regulatory, ethical and scientific sources to update and deepen knowledge
