PROGRAM:

- Communication: axioms, proxemics;
- Psychic functions;
- Definition of the SE;
- Structure of the psychic apparatus;
- Balance between biological and behavioral phases;
- The defense mechanisms of the Ego;
- Natural history of the discomfort;
-Maladjustment;
- Warning signs;
- aggressive states;
- Semeiotics of depressive states;
- States of fear;
- States of stress and conflict situations;
- Care plans for patients who manifest maladjustment;
- Care plans for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD);
- Care plans for acute patients and Mandatory Health Treatment (TSO);
- Plans for the care of complex patients with suicidal ideation.
TEACHING METHODS:
Interactive lectures and classroom discussion of the topics covered for a proactive comparison
Prerequisites
Basic skills with hints of revision for the knowledge of the physiology and anatomy of the central and peripheral nervous system, structuring of the psychological apparatus, genetic component and experience, structuring of the personality.

Frequency
The mode of attendance is assiduous, students participate assiduously in the classroom with active participation both during group and/or individual work, and during listening to lectures and watching videos or reading salient passages of literature related to the topic covered.
Exam mode
The evaluation is done in itinere through thematic work carried out in the classroom, through interaction with the students, assimilation results on the training concepts were returned and aspects that showed uncertainties were clarified.
Final evaluation with oral exam. During the oral exam, the student can bring an in-depth study of a topic covered during the lessons, for example a care plan related to nursing in mental hygiene, in order to assess the in-depth study and the ability to understand and criticize.

Lesson mode
Initial group work and in some lessons individual work, and then explain the thematic papers, in order to reflect together in a critical way.
Second part of the lesson, comments on the slides report in depth the topics explained with group work.
Third part: video or reading of parts of books that show and/or address the topic covered in that lesson to have more aspects of in-depth analysis related to the topic in question.
