Course program
The aim of the lessons is to provide students with fundamental knowledge that is essential for application in daily professional practice. The main learning objectives of these lessons include:1) a basic study of skin lesions caused by infectious diseases in pediatric age and their differential diagnosis with other non-infectious diseases; 2) knowledge the main liver diseases, both acute and chronic; 3) knowledge of the main exanthematous infectious diseases of childhood; 4) the main gastrointestinal infectious diseases and an understanting of the fundamental principies of infectious and non-infectious diarrhea; 5) knowledge the diseases of upper and lower respireatory tract; 6) knowledge the main urinary tract infections; 7) knowledge diseases of the central nervous system. The aim of teaching is, ultimately, to provide the student knowledge that can then be applied in everyday professional reality.
