Educational Program:
1ST YEAR
Aims to provide basic biophysical and biomedical knowledge, as well as the main foundations of the professional discipline, obtained through internships under the guidance of expert tutors, for the acquisition of technical neurophysiological skills.
2ND YEAR
Aims to provide knowledge of the pathological processes affecting the neuromuscular system at different stages of life, as well as the diagnostic methods of neurophysiological pathology applied to more complex areas. Basic knowledge of hygiene and preventive measures is also provided. Internships continue in various work settings to test the knowledge and techniques already learned.
3RD YEAR
Aims to further develop neurophysiological investigations, including those applied to invasive and experimental neurophysiological methods, for both healthcare and research purposes. During internship experiences, in complex organizational contexts, students gradually acquire professional autonomy and responsibility.
The study plan includes a maximum of 20 exams and/or final assessments, including the first, second, and third year internship exams, organized as integrated exams for courses or modules.
The training program is structured, monitored, validated, and optimized continuously to achieve the educational objectives.
