Prerequisites
Participation in the seminars requires the acquisition of the following basic competencies, developed during the previous stages of the nursing degree program: Basic theoretical knowledge Understanding of fundamental concepts in anatomy, physiology, and general pathology, necessary to comprehend the clinical and care-related content addressed in the seminars. Foundational nursing competencies Ability to apply the nursing process (data collection, care planning, implementation, and evaluation) and to use appropriate professional terminology. Communication and relational skills Ability to communicate effectively with patients, peers, and other healthcare professionals, in accordance with ethical and deontological principles. Teamwork competencies Capacity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and to recognize one’s own professional role within the healthcare setting. Basic digital literacy Familiarity with the use of digital tools and educational platforms employed in university learning activities, especially for online or blended seminars. Understanding of research methodology and evidence-based practice Knowledge of the fundamental principles of nursing research and ability to critically read and interpret scientific literature and evidence-based guidelines.
