Course program
The training program is designed to develop advanced competencies in technical-scientific education, applied research, and the management of quality and safety in clinical and technological processes. The student deepens their understanding of instructional design in technical education, evidence-based research methods, and the analysis of organizational and managerial processes within healthcare services. Activities may include observing and conducting technical-practical lessons, participating in research groups or systematic reviews on diagnostic and therapeutic methods, and working alongside managers or coordinators of technical-health services in planning and evaluation activities. The experience enables the student to understand the integration between technology, clinical practice, and education, fostering an approach focused on safety, innovation, and continuous quality improvement. The final assessment considers participation, the level of autonomy achieved, critical analysis skills, and the quality of the final report or project work.
