Causes of female infertility. Causes common to both sexes. PMA techniques. Artificial insemination. IVF. GIFT. Additional techniques (ICSI, PICSI, IMSI, pre-implantation diagnosis, fertility preservation). Sperm collection and preparation. Main diagnostic tests performed on sperm. Notes on PMA legislation.
