The course aims to provide the nursing operator with some fundamental principles of the subject; in particular, to examine its characteristics and bring the operator closer to the world of work: Work and its regulation The sources Subordinate work: characteristics and differences with self-employment The C.C.N.L.: definition and characteristics The individual employment contract Historical-regulatory evolution of public employment Rights and duties of the public employee Termination of the employment relationship Law of the Health Professions Legislation of the Health Professions Informed consent Privacy institutions and provisions of the Guarantor Privacy and regulatory applications in Health Structures
Frequency
In order to take the exam for a specific course, it is necessary to have documented classroom attendance for at least 67% of the hours corresponding to the CFU assigned to the course.
Exam mode
To pass the exam, a grade of no less than 18/30 must be achieved in each module of the course of Health Law, Deontology and Bioethics, Health and Nursing Management. The student must demonstrate that he/she has acquired sufficient knowledge of the topics covered during the course. To achieve a grade of 30/30 with honors, the student must demonstrate that he/she has acquired excellent knowledge of all the topics covered during the course, arguing a linear reasoning with the use of technical terms and using correct linguistic expressions.
