Course objectives
The course aims to provide the fundamentals to carry out the assessment of the state of nutrition (body composition, energy and nutrient balance, functionality), the multidisciplinary treatment of malnutrition due to excess (primary and secondary) and diseases related, surgical treatment of excess malnutrition; risk and protection factors in the dietary-nutritional field related to primary, secondary and tertiary prevention
