Technical professions for construction and land

The goal of the course is to supply the main theoretical and practical fundamentals of the up-to-date terrestrial and satellite positioning techniques. At the end of the learning process, the students will be able to design a survey in plane approximation or a on field materialization, to carry on these activities through the most suitable instrumentation, to process the collected observations and to write a technical report. On the basis of the knowledge of cartography and legislation, the students will be able to apply the acquired skills also in cadastral activities. Moreover, the students will get the competences enabling the continuous and autonomous update of their methodological and technical knowledge during their professional life.
