Technical professions for construction and land

The course aims to provide students with the fundamental principles of law of public works through the study of the due process of realization of public works, from planning through to testing of the work. The course is thus based on the study of the application of the contracts code and the soft regulation. They also provided ideas on the law about construction (d.P.R. 380/2001), expropriation for public utilities (d.P.R. 327/2001) and security (d.lgs. 81/2008). The course is completed by practical exercises.
