Project Management in Building Construction

URBAN PLANNING ANALYSIS OF A PROJECTThe aim of this Course is to develop the student's critical and assessment skills, with respect to a building project, through knowledge of the urban requirements that shape and govern a project. In the first part of the Course the student will learn the basic elements of this subject and develop descriptive and communication skills, with respect to the illustration of urban masterplans.In the second part of the course, he/she will apply the knowledge acquired in this field to a summary of the problems affecting the area in question, in order to develop a critical perspective highlighted in both graphical formats and papers.
